## Sửa Chữa TV Xiaomi: Cuộc Chiến Cứu Màn Hình!
Câu chuyện đầy kịch tính về một chiếc TV Xiaomi L32M5 gặp trục trặc màn hình và hành trình dài để hồi sinh nó.
Một khách hàng mang đến cho tôi chiếc TV Xiaomi L32M5 này sau khi đã trải qua nhiều nỗ lực sửa chữa thất bại từ một kỹ thuật viên khác. Triệu chứng ban đầu là màn hình chỉ hiển thị màu xanh dương, không có hình ảnh nào. Sau khi kiểm tra, tôi phát hiện ra rằng kỹ thuật viên trước đó đã cố gắng khắc phục sự cố bằng cách cắt và nối lại đường tín hiệu vào tấm nền LED. Hình ảnh bên dưới cho thấy những vết cắt đó:

Tuy nhiên, tôi không có nhiều kinh nghiệm trong việc thay thế tấm nền, bao gồm cả việc lắp thêm bo mạch và cài đặt phần mềm tương thích.
Tôi đã mang chiếc TV đến nhà một người bạn kỹ thuật viên cách nhà tôi khoảng 12km. Anh ấy lại mang nó đến một nơi khác cách đó 60km, nơi một chuyên gia về hàn và thay thế tấm nền LED đang làm việc. Tôi nhận được một bức ảnh từ anh ấy, cho thấy các sửa đổi trên bo mạch scaler:

Chiếc TV được mang về lúc 11:43 đêm cùng ngày. Tôi phải thức khuya để hoàn thành các công việc sửa chữa khác đang chờ xử lý. Người bạn kỹ thuật viên của tôi còn phải lái xe 222km nữa vào đêm hôm đó để lắp đặt hệ thống video cho một công ty. Tôi thực sự cảm thấy thương anh ấy, người đang vất vả làm việc để lo cho gia đình và cha mẹ già 95 tuổi. Tôi đã đến thăm và thể hiện sự kính trọng của mình đối với mẹ anh ấy.
Sau khi cho TV chạy thử trong một thời gian dài, tôi liên lạc với khách hàng để họ đến nhận. Nhiệm vụ đã hoàn thành!

This TV was picked by a regular customer from somewhere and brought to me seeking possibility for restoration after another technician made futile attempts to bring back the display. On checking, I found that the TV was getting on with a blue screen with absolutely no trace of any display. I opened the TV and looked for the work done by the other.
I saw that attempts were made to revive the TV by cutting one side of the input tracks to the panel and rejoining it and opening the other side. Let us have a look at the inside of this TV and the cuttings:
Since the usual tricks made by almost all technicians to bypass an internal short of the LED Panel has evidently failed in this case, I suggested to the customer to go for a replacement of the panel, which he accepted. Unfortunately I am not much experienced in replacement of panels and the associated complications like adding board, loading suitable software for interfacing etc.
I took the TV in my car and entrusted the work to another techie friend staying around 12KMs away from my home, who took it to a faraway place (around 60Kms) where another of my techie friend was doing the panel bonding and replacement cases exclusively. I am sharing a snap sent by him, which will show you the modifications done at the scaler board level, though the image is not sharp and clear enough:
Perhaps you can make out that a T-con Board has been placed for interfacing the new Samsung Panel and new interconnecting cable has been fixed to the mother board. The details of what kind of software modification was done will not be revealed as that would remain as a trade secret with such panel bonding technicians. Perhaps I would put some efforts and learn to imbibe that if time and facility permits. He brought the TV on the same day night around 11.43 PM until the time of which I had to remain awake, engaging myself in other repair works pending with me.
This guy had to travel again in the night to another place which was around 222 KMs for setting up a video hall, which work entrusted to him by a firm. Well, I felt pity for this guy, as he was toiling himself in such jobs for the sake of his living and taking care of his old age parents and his family as well! I met his mother who was a 95 year old lady in his house when I went to give the TV and paid by respects too. Now, let us look at the result:
I allowed the TV to run for a long time, before calling the customer to come and pick it up. Mission accomplished with a lot of satisfaction getting added to the collection.
