## Sửa TV Samsung: Bí ẩn IC PFC vỡ và bài học đắt giá!
Một chiếc TV Samsung UA32EH4800R không hiển thị hình ảnh, chỉ phát ra tiếng khởi động. Chuyên gia sửa chữa đã phát hiện ra nguyên nhân gây ra sự cố bất ngờ và chia sẻ kinh nghiệm quý báu.
Một người bạn thân trong gia đình mang đến cho tôi chiếc TV Samsung UA32EH4800R với lỗi không hiển thị hình ảnh, chỉ nghe thấy tiếng khởi động. Điều đầu tiên làm tôi khó chịu là lớp vỏ sau của máy đầy tổ ong và bùn đất, khiến việc tháo lắp trở nên vô cùng khó khăn. Sau một hồi vất vả làm sạch bằng máy thổi và bàn chải nhỏ, tôi cuối cùng cũng mở được vỏ máy.
Kiểm tra bên trong, tôi phát hiện một con IC PFC tám chân bị nứt. Điều đáng nói là tôi không thể xác định được mã số của con IC này. Với thông tin hạn chế về các chân kết nối, tôi đã cầu cứu bạn bè kỹ thuật trong ba nhóm khác nhau. Tuy nhiên, việc tìm kiếm một bo mạch nguồn (PS Board) tương thích cho chiếc TV LED 32 inch này quả là nan giải, bởi nó rất hiếm.
Sau vài ngày chờ đợi, một người bạn chuyên sửa chữa bo mạch cũ đã đề nghị cung cấp cho tôi một bo mạch thay thế tương thích, tuy không có IC PFC. Không còn lựa chọn nào khác, tôi đành phải đặt mua bo mạch này với giá [ghi giá tiền ở đây, ví dụ: 500.000 VND]. Bo mạch được giao đến hôm sau, tôi kiểm tra kỹ các chân kết nối, lắp đặt và cấp nguồn. Thật mừng, TV hoạt động trở lại bình thường!
Tôi đã để TV chạy vài tiếng đồng hồ trước khi lắp lại vỏ máy và thông báo cho khách hàng đến nhận. Để tiết kiệm thời gian cho những lần sửa chữa sau này (nếu có), tôi đã dán băng dính lên tất cả các lỗ vít. Tôi trả lại bo mạch cũ cho khách hàng với lời khuyên nên giữ lại cẩn thận để có thể tận dụng các linh kiện còn tốt. Nhiệm vụ hoàn thành!

This TV was brought by a close family friend with the complaint that restarting sound was heard but there was no display. As you can see from the second picture above, the back cover screw holes were the haven for potter wasps and there were many like these. I had tough time in cleaning the mud and accessing the screw heads to remove the back cover.
I used blower and small bottle brush and after repeated attempts I could clear it off. It was time consuming and tedious. After cleaning the inside and the rear cover, I brought the TV onto my work table to investigate what went wrong in the power supply. I removed the board and subjected it to a visual inspection. I found that one eight pin PFC IC had cracked and there was no way of knowing its number.
With the available details like what comes to the pins I sent an SOS to my techie friends in three groups and requested for help. But inspite of vigorous follow-ups, none could help me as this type of PFC board of a 32” LED TV was very, very rare.
I informed the customer and waited for a couple of days and then one of the techie friends who deals with old boards offered me a compatible replacement board without the PFC. Well, I never had any other option except to pay and place order for that. That board reached my hands the next day and I checked and compared the pin connections and fit it and gave power. I was glad to see that the TV started working well again. I allowed it to run for a few hours before fitting the back cover and informing the customer to arrange pick up.
I put tapes on all screw holes to save my time; if at all the TV comes again for service. I gave the old board to the customer and advised him to preserve it carefully for any future use of components that could be salvaged. Mission accomplished with satisfaction finding its friends in the bag!
