## Sửa Chữa Loa Creative SBS 240: Bí Quyết Đơn Giản!

Mấy tháng sau khi sửa chiếc loa cho khách, tôi lại nhận được cuộc gọi báo lỗi. Khách hàng cho biết đèn báo sáng nhưng loa không phát ra âm thanh. Tôi yêu cầu anh ấy gửi loa đến để kiểm tra.
Khi nhận được loa, tôi kết nối với hệ thống của mình. Đèn LED hoạt động bình thường nhưng không có âm thanh. Việc loa nhận điện nhưng không phát ra tiếng cho thấy vấn đề nằm ở mạch điện. Tôi tiến hành mở loa để kiểm tra.
Sau khi mở loa và tháo mạch, tôi nghi ngờ về bo mạch in (PCB) vì các đường dẫn có vẻ bị xuống cấp.
Tôi kiểm tra từng đường dẫn một, độ liên tục dường như ổn. Tôi hàn lại một số mối nối đáng ngờ và bật loa lên, nhưng vẫn không có gì thay đổi. Tôi tắt công tắc trên PCB và nghe thấy một tiếng động nhỏ khi tắt.
Tôi ấn công tắc vài lần và bất ngờ, âm thanh phát ra từ loa. Tôi kiểm tra lại mối hàn nhưng không thấy vấn đề gì.
Tôi lại ấn công tắc bật/tắt vài lần nữa và nhận thấy nó hoạt động gián đoạn. Đây chính là thủ phạm! Tôi làm sạch PCB bằng WD-40 và nhỏ vài giọt vào công tắc bật/tắt.
Công tắc này có 10 chân, thật khó hiểu tại sao nhà sản xuất lại dùng công tắc đa chức năng 10 chân cho một chiếc loa đơn giản như vậy. Sau khi nhỏ WD-40, tôi để loa nghỉ 30 phút cho dung dịch phát huy tác dụng.
Sau 30 phút, tôi bật loa lên và nó hoạt động bình thường. Tôi đã thử bật/tắt nhiều lần và loa hoạt động ổn định. Đôi khi, công việc không khó như chúng ta tưởng. Tôi lắp lại loa và chuẩn bị giao cho khách.

Received call from the customer again after few months that speaker repaired by me earlier is not working. Discussed about the fault symptom he told speaker front light is turning ON but no sound from the speaker.
I ask him to send the unit to my place for repair. On arrival, I connected the speaker to my setup I found LED indicator Light is working but no sound from the speaker.
As Power is coming ON but no sound indicates some problem in circuit only. hence I opened the unit for inspection.
So opened the unit & removed the circuit.
I having doubt of the PCB because traces seem degraded.
Checked traces one to one continuity seem OK. Re touched solder on some doubtful joints & turn On the Speaker still same problem.so I tuned Off the switch on the PCB & I heard little sound while it is switching off.
I pressed the switch a few times and suddenly sound started coming from the speaker, checked for dry solder but the solder was fine.
Again I pushed On /Off switch few times & found it works intermittent. So here I found the culprit. I Cleaned the PCB using WD40 & applied few drops in On/Off switch.
This is 10 Pin Switch, not clear why the company used a 10 pin multi-functional switch here as there is no other extra function involved in this speaker. Anyway after applying WD40 drops in switch I kept the unit a side to let the WD40 work.
After 30 minutes I switched ON The unit & speaker now start working normally. I have tried turning it on and off several times and it is working normally.
Sometimes the work isn’t as difficult as we think in advance. So reassembled the Unit & speakers is not ready for pickup.
