## Cuộn Tesla Âm Nhạc Mới Tinh, Hỏng Ngay Sau 10 Phút! Nhưng Nay Đã Sửa Được!

Cuộn Tesla âm nhạc mới toanh của tôi đã đến sau 9 ngày đặt hàng từ Ba Lan. Ngay khi nhận được, tôi đã tham khảo hướng dẫn để tạo ra những tia lửa âm nhạc bằng máy tính kết nối Bluetooth. Tuy nhiên, sau 10 phút thử nghiệm không thành, tôi nhận ra rằng hầu hết các điện thoại thông minh không hỗ trợ chức năng phát nhạc Bluetooth này. Hướng dẫn ngắn gọn không đề cập đến loại điện thoại cần thiết. Tuy nhiên, những tia lửa mà nó tạo ra vẫn khá ấn tượng ngay cả khi chưa có điều chế âm nhạc.

Sau 10 phút vật lộn không thành, chức năng Bluetooth đột nhiên ngừng hoạt động. Chỉ còn đèn LED vẫn sáng, điều khiển bởi núm chỉnh bên trái (tốc độ tia lửa) và núm chỉnh bên phải (thường điều khiển âm trầm của tia lửa). Nhưng tia lửa HV đã biến mất. Cả điện thoại Honor và máy tính của tôi đều không hoạt động với thiết bị này.

Tôi bắt đầu tranh chấp hoàn tiền toàn bộ trên Aliexpress sau khi liên hệ không được với người bán. Điều bất ngờ là tôi không thể liên hệ được với người bán. Tệ hơn nữa, Aliexpress cho biết họ gặp sự cố với công ty vận chuyển, khiến họ không thể mở yêu cầu trả hàng. Họ nói ít nhất cũng mất vài ngày để cung cấp địa chỉ trả hàng.

Khoảng 4 ngày sau, họ cuối cùng cũng trả lời với thông báo yêu cầu trả lại sản phẩm. Tuy nhiên, lựa chọn duy nhất họ đưa ra là tôi phải tự tốn chi phí vận chuyển trước. Họ sẽ hoàn lại chi phí sau khi đồng ý với tình trạng của cuộn Tesla bị lỗi. Điều này nghe như một dịch vụ hậu mãi tệ hại với chi phí vận chuyển cao ngất ngưởng cho tôi! Tôi trả lời rằng đây là một giao dịch tồi tệ và tôi sẽ không mua sản phẩm nào tương tự từ Aliexpress nữa sau dịch vụ hậu mãi tồi tệ này.

Trong trường hợp này, tôi quyết định không sử dụng chính sách trả hàng kém chất lượng của Aliexpress, mà tự mở thiết bị cuộn Tesla ra để xem liệu có thể sửa chữa ngay lập tức thiết bị bị lỗi này hay không.

Hình ảnh trên cho thấy bo mạch với tất cả các linh kiện SMD sau khi tháo tấm đáy. Tôi bắt đầu đo tìm mạch ngắn nhưng chỉ tìm thấy một tụ điện C12 bị ngắn mạch. Nhưng sau khi tháo ra, nó đo bình thường và tụ điện bị ngắn mạch dường như chỉ là một trong những cuộn Tesla. Bởi vì khi không có tụ điện, bo mạch vẫn đo được mạch ngắn. Tất cả các MOSFET đo được bình thường, không có hiện tượng ngắn mạch. Tôi bắt đầu đo điện trở RT1, đo được 22 ohm. Tuy nhiên, một điện trở khác có cùng giá trị được đánh dấu là RT2 đã bị mất và là một mạch hở.

Điều này mang lại nhiều hy vọng, có thể chính là nguyên nhân khiến tia lửa cao áp không còn được tạo ra.

Trong hình ảnh trước đó, tôi đã thay thế điện trở SMD RT2 bị lỗi bằng một điện trở 1% kích thước 1206 khác được đánh dấu là 22R0, có cùng giá trị với điện trở SMD RT1.

May mắn thay, tôi đã có bộ điện trở SMD như hình trên trong kho, đã sửa được cuộn Tesla bị hỏng. Và hình ảnh bên dưới cho thấy điện trở gốc bị lỗi đã được tháo ra.

Đây là cận cảnh các linh kiện SMD bên dưới MOSFET. Tất cả các bộ phận này được làm mát bằng một khối tản nhiệt bằng nhôm lớn được gắn ở mặt trên của bo mạch này.

Tôi nghi ngờ rằng bưu kiện của tôi trước đó đã bị người mua trả lại để sửa chữa. Một sửa chữa mà những người mua không có kiến thức điện tử không thể thực hiện. Lý do người bán không thể liên hệ được nữa và lý do tại sao mất nhiều thời gian như vậy trước khi Aliexpress đưa ra phương án trả hàng. Đó là những gì hộp hàng cho tôi biết sau khi xem nhãn trên đỉnh hộp được dán cẩu thả.

Hình ảnh trên cho thấy tất cả các bộ phận của cuộn Tesla này, đi kèm với 2 đèn neon thủy tinh nhỏ và một hướng dẫn nhỏ chỉ đề cập đến việc sử dụng điện thoại kết nối Bluetooth.
Những cuộn Tesla âm nhạc khác, thậm chí còn rẻ hơn, cũng có cổng vào cáp âm thanh. Với mô-đun Bluetooth trên điện thoại Honor của tôi, kết nối phát âm thanh qua Bluetooth không hoạt động.
Mặc dù cuộn Tesla âm nhạc của tôi hiện đã hoạt động trở lại, mà không bao giờ hoạt động như một cuộn âm nhạc, tôi khá thất vọng về cách thiết bị khá đắt tiền của tôi không được Aliexpress chấp nhận ngay lập tức là khiếu nại hợp lệ. Và trong trường hợp này, Aliexpress không còn cung cấp bảo hành trả hàng đầy đủ với nhãn trả hàng miễn phí. Cũng mất khoảng 4 ngày để có được câu trả lời giải quyết vấn đề, điều đó là không thể chấp nhận được. Và câu hỏi đặt ra là thiết bị này sẽ hoạt động được bao lâu mà không gặp sự cố mới.

Vì vậy, tôi đang cân nhắc việc bỏ qua việc đặt hàng sản phẩm trên Aliexpress vốn không có gì phải lo lắng như trước đây, chuyển sang các nhà cung cấp khác như Banggood, Temu, Amazon, v.v. Họ thường nhanh hơn và đôi khi còn rẻ hơn nữa!

Vì vậy, hãy cảnh giác với khả năng thay đổi bảo hành người mua tồi tệ trên Aliexpress! Đặc biệt là khi không thể liên hệ được với người bán trên Aliexpress!

Recently I was interested in this brandnew Musical Tesla Coil. And it arrived in about 9 days from Poland. As soon it arrived I checked the manual on how to obtain those musical sparks with my over Bluetooth connected computer. But after 10 minutes or so invain trying I came to the conclusion that apparently most Smartphones were not working supporting this Bluetooth musical audio player function. What phone needed was not mentioned in the short manual. But the sparks that it created were nevertheless already quite impressive without any musical modulation.

Until it after those 10 minutes or so invain trying to make sound over Bluetooth no longer worked.

Only the leds still lit up after that, controlled by the left potentiometer for spark speed and the right potentiometer that normally controlled the base tone of the sparks. But now no longer any HV sparks showed. My Honor phone nor my Bluetooth connected computer worked with this device.

So I started a dispute for a full refund on Aliexpress after I had tried to contact the seller. For some unexpected reason I was unable to reach the seller. And to make things worse also Aliexpress said that they had a problem with the shipping company that inhibited them from opening a return action. Which at least would take several days before they could provide a return address.

And about 4 days later they finally replied with the message to return the product. But the only unexpected option they gave was to ship the parcel on my own costs in advance. And those costs afterwards would be refunded to me after they agreed with the state in which the now defect Tesla Coil was received. Which to me sounded like a very bad service in advance with high shipping costs for yours truly! So I replied that this was a bad deal and that I no longer would buy products like these from Aliexpress after this bad after sale service.

In this case I therefore decided to no longer make use of Aliexpress’s bad return policy, and to open up this tesla coil device and see if I could fix this practically instantly defect device.

Above photo shows the board with all smd components after the bottom plate was removed. I started measuring for shorts but only found what looked like a shorted C12 capacitor. But after it was removed it measured fine and the apparently shorted capacitor must just have been one of the Tesla coils. Because without capacitor the board there still measured shorted. And all mosfets measured fine having no shorts either. And I started measuring resistor RT1 which measured 22 ohm. Another resistor with the same value marked RT2 however was gone and an open connection.

Which gave much hope being the culprit here why the high voltage sparks no longer were produced.

In previous photo I therefore replaced the defect RT2 smd resistor with another 1% 1206 size resistor marked 22R0 that had the same value as smd resistor RT1.

Luckily I already had the above shown right smd resistor kit set in stock which fixed the previously dead Tesla coil. And below photo shows the now removed bad original resistor.

Here a last close-up on the smd components below the mosfets. All these parts are cooled with a large Aluminium cooler-block that is mounted on the top side of this board.

I suspect that my parcel previously already was returned by a previous buyer for repair. A repair that non electronic educated buyers can’t do. Why the seller can’t be contacted anymore and why it took so long before Aliexpress came with a return option answer. That is what the box tells me after looking at the label on top of the badly taped box top.

Above photo shows all parts of this Tesla coil that also came with 2 small glass neon lamps and a tiny instruction guide that only mentioned to use a Bluetooth connected phone.

Other now even cheaper Musical Tesla Coils also have an audio cable input port too. With the sadly on my tested Honor smartphone Bluetooth module failing audio play connection as second option.

Although my Musical Tesla Coil now is working again, without ever having worked as Musical coil, I am quite disappointed in the way my still rather expensive device was not immediately accepted as a legit complaint by Aliexpress. And Aliexpress in this example no longer gave the normal full return warranty with free shipping return label. It also took about 4 days before any solving answer was given which is unthinkable. And the question now is how long this device will keep working without any new failure.

So I am thinking to skip my previously worry free product ordering on Aliexpress in favor to other providers like Banggood, Temu, Amazon etc. Who often are also faster and sometimes also cheaper too!

So be warned for the possibility of a bad buyer warranty change on Aliexpress! Especially when the seller can’t be contacted on Aliexpress!
